Lakeview RV Park is located in Bluff City, Tennessee, at the center of the Tri Cities region. The region is located in the Northeastern corner of Tennessee and the Southwestern corner of Virginia.

Bristol, Johnson City, Kingsport are the three major cities that give the area its name. However, there are more than 50 other communities in the Tri-Cities area in both Tennessee and Virginia.

One of the main area attractions is The Historic town of Abingdon, home of Barter Theater, the Virginia Creeper Trail, the Martha Washington Inn and the Virginia Highlands Festival. Bristol Motor Speedway, which hosts NASCAR races, NHRA drag race events as well as the annual holiday light show, Speedway in Lights is another nationally recognized attraction. Tennessee's historic oldest town, Jonesborough, hosts the nationally known Jonesborough Storytelling Festival.

The Tri-Cities area has numerous recreational activities within a short driving distance. The area is within reasonable driving distance to many major points of interest . Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood) and the Smoky Mountain National Park are under two hours away.
